The Things We Carry

A "pre-order" allows you to place a reservation for a product prior to its scheduled release date. Products in a pre-order status are marked with a "pre-order" ribbon.

Shipping

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and selected delivery method. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within a specified return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Final sale and personalized items are not eligible for return.

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If you receive a product with a defect or fault, please contact our support team within the warranty period with your order details and proof of purchase. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement, repair, or appropriate solution in accordance with our policy.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
